Top Medical Research Studies

We explored whether home fortification of foods with multiple micronutrient powders (MNPs) impacts nutrition and health in children under two years. Analyzing 29 studies, we discovered that using MNPs significantly lowered anaemia rates by 18% and iron deficiency by 53%. Moreover, MNPs improved haemoglobin levels compared to no intervention. However, there was no notable influence on weight. While the intervention showed promise for anaemia, its direct effects on other health areas remain unclear, indicating a need for more research in this area.

We took this iron supplement for four months, and my ferritin level rose from 7.5 to 34. My daughter experienced a brief intestinal issue, which resolved after adjusting the dosage. Both of us saw improvements in our iron indicators.

My children took this iron for a short time, and we noticed an improvement in their immune systems. One child caught a virus, but their symptoms passed quickly. Even with a slightly increased dosage, they did not experience any weakness, which delighted me.

Flu-free winter

I completed my course of iron supplements with great results! There were no negative side effects, and I've managed to get through winter without the flu, which was a regular occurrence for me. However, results may vary for others. Due to my specific need for iron, I will continue to choose this product in future.

Improved stamina
8 people found this helpful
I started taking iron due to anemia and noticed improvements in my energy and headaches. My stamina has increased; I used to sleep by 21:00-22:00, but now I can stay up until 23:00-24:00. My headaches, which were frequent due to stress and cold, have reduced significantly since starting the iron supplements. I’ve moved from having to rely on pain relief to only needing it once a month. My hemoglobin level has risen from 10.7 to 12.1 after six months.

Unfortunately, I did not see an effect from this remedy. My ferritin was 6, and after two months it only increased to 9. I believe the remedy did not suit me.
